Red:
strawberries, watermelon, red grapefruit, & cherries

Yellow:
yellow peppers, corn, legumes

  • Contains: Beta-carotene, Liminoids & Zeaxanthin
  • Protects against chronic bronchitis, asthma, and emphysema. Reduces risk of cataracts and lung cancer. Protects vision & prevents tumors in the colon, breast, and prostate glands. Decreases cholesterol levels.

Green:
spinach, collard greens, broccoli, tomatillos

  • Preserves eyesight, keeps heart & skin healthy, increases enzyme activity to detoxify carcinogens and lower lipid levels. Helps prevent cancer.

Blue:
